At Green Mountain Waste Management, we believe in fair and transparent pricing. Our refund policy is as follows:
1. Service Cancellations

If you cancel your order before delivery, you are eligible for a full refund.

If cancellation occurs after delivery, charges may apply for transportation and setup already provided.
2. Service Issues

If equipment is not delivered as scheduled, we will either reschedule at no additional cost or issue a refund upon request.

If equipment is faulty or not maintained properly, we will replace it or provide a partial refund.
3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided for misuse of equipment, damage caused by the customer, or prohibited waste disposal.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
