1. Services Provided
We provide waste management, dumpster rentals, portable toilets, hand washing stations, and water tanks within Western North Carolina.

2. Payments

• Services are billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed.
   

• Payment is due as stated on the invoice.
   

• Late payments may result in service suspension.
   

3. Cancellations
You may cancel services at any time since we operate without long-term contracts. Please notify us at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery or pickup.

4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:

• Ensuring safe and accessible placement areas for dumpsters or equipment.
   

• Using equipment responsibly and avoiding prohibited waste items.
   

• Following all safety and local regulations.
   

5. Liability
Green Mountain Waste Management is not responsible for damages caused by misuse of equipment or improper waste disposal.

6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms as needed. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
